  Cathy and Elsa were super helpful and kind. They didn't have a lot of people in the store, so Elsa went out of her way to help Cathy with measuring my packages. To get the transaction done faster. Real teamwork! Elsa has helped me a couple of times coming in. She always goes above and beyond every visit. I go out of my way to come to this store because they are literally the best! Elsa needs a bonus or be a manager, because she is a rising star for your company and great representative of A+ customer service.

  Since I live in the moderate sized town of Redmnd Oregon, I somewhat regularly turn to online shopping to find the things I can't find at home. This can result in the need to return some merchandise that doesn't fit or look as good as it did online. The best place I've found for shippiing is UPS in the parking lot of the Fred Meyer Store in Redmond. I've never encountered an employee in this store who wasn't friendly and well trained. I recently had a mess on my hands and the person helping me, Cathy, smoothly got everything worked out, and didn't grumble at all about staying 10 minutes past cloosing time to get my package send out!! And, Melissa, the Store Manager is a joy to work with! I had brain surgery several years ago which can make things like this more of a challenge, but this store has been a real blessing for me!!   UPyes! We were able to get a bunch of stuff done in a hurry. It got busy at one point and someone came off their break early to help people check out. They seemed genuinely willing to help. Great job guys!
