To get the transaction done faster. Real teamwork! Elsa has helped me a couple of times coming in. She always goes above and beyond every visit. I go out of my way to come to this store because they are literally the best! Elsa needs a bonus or be a manager, because she is a rising star for your company and great representative of A+ customer service.

And yet Augie was cheerful and supportive, and kept telling me "We'll get it done!" and we did! I have seldom run into an employee with such a positive attitude, and who helped me beyond the call of duty. This UPS store has been incredibly helpful to me since it opened, and I know I can rely on the people there to always do right by me. Thank you, Augie!

While I was waiting in line I watched all the employees handle numerous customers with various tasks and each employee was professional and pleasant.
