- FHFaith HDec 8, 20251.0Lost packages and all the can give is “I don’t know” for answers. They don’t give a crap about anyone else and it shows in their lack of professionalism and care they place in handing the goods placed in their care. Watched them slide what they knew was a box of rocks down the chute and laugh when it crunched at the bottom…. They don’t listen when people talk to them but instead want you to listen to about how they’re understaffed and should “try doing their job for a day and see how hard it is” but you chose this job and if you don’t want to give the respect it deserves probably should find a different one.

- WGWas Guud GuyNov 25, 20251.0Genusnly the worst usps station in America. And that’s saying something. Pakage was misrouted 3 times. When it ended up in the Prineville station it sat for 3 days each stating “out for delivery”. Fed ex came in 2 days.
- GDGoober DinklgtropAug 27, 20251.0Staff is rude, uncoordinated, and just really rude!! Mail carriers apparently get to decide if they want to deliver your mail and packages or not. I have to go in once a week to pick up what they refuse to deliver. I have to make 3 or 4 trips because THEY LOSE everything. They have no organization, so even if I provided tracking info, they often ignore me and don't give me the package or say they can't find it. Don't try speaking to the staff. You'll get glared at and threatened to stop delivering your mail all together. Really nasty, ugly people.
