Not only did they try ripping me off they are slow slow slow. They tried charging me almost 8 dollars for an Easter card. I bought stamps there and mailed a card it cost 28 bucks. They asked if I wanted a separate stamp for my regular card I said yeah and they took their sweet time getting it. Hire people more ready to work. All I can say is Lazy. Wish I had a picture.

Typically most people working in this post office or just being rude and vile but the gentleman I dealt with today was very very nice very friendly very informative and very helpful. Which like I said is very very unusual for this post office the main person in charge of this branch is a very rude hateful vile woman!! Only reason I'm giving it is many stars as I am is because of the person I dealt with today.

They are always extremely slow and take pleasure in ruining your day. They would not let me pick up my wife’s mail even though we have same address.

Kenton location. At least once a week my sensitive mail arrives entirely open and rifled through. As in, I collect it directly from the mail carrier's hands, and it's already open. It's always medical and government letters that are opened. It's not something I've dealt with anywhere else prior to this address, and it has increased in the last few years. Today I received a tax document and it was barely put all the back in the envelope. Since the mail theft and disruption happens before it hits my mailbox, this is not a reliable post office. I have (calmly and politely) mentioned the problems to this post office in the past, and received a "what can you do?" response. . I guess we just live with it? Disappointing
