- IIIda4 days ago1.0There is an Asian female employee at this store. This was my second time visiting to ship a package, and I will never go back again. Her attitude was absolutely atrocious. Initially, she told me to go get a box and pack the item myself, pointing in a specific direction. However, when I returned to start packing, she claimed that wasn't the right kind of box and directed me to a different type on the other side. So, I went to retrieve one myself. Since I wasn't sure what size would be appropriate—and given that I didn't actually have many items to ship—I simply grabbed a large box. When she saw this, she mocked me and sneered as if I were an idiot. Later, when it came time to pay, she was incredibly impatient. I simply cannot understand why an employee with so many negative reviews is kept on staff to ruin customers' moods. It seriously damages the store's reputation. I hope the management makes appropriate adjustments; if an employee cannot maintain a professional attitude while on the job, they would be better off just staying home.

Others make you wrap your package with no less than 50 feet of tape, holding up lines, and citing rules and regulations that they can not explain to customers. I’ve heard a customer ask “well how do I comply with that rule” and the worker responds “I don’t know”. There is one worker in particular that over complicates anything and everything. She tells you your package must be mummified in tape to qualify. She wouldn’t put one strip of tape on a customers package one day but then put one on someone else’s just to make a point another day. Is she trying to improve tape sales for usps? Does her family own a tape factory that supplies usps? What is going on here?
