  Absolute trash customer service from customer service people and supervisors. I called yesterday to find out why my package wouldn't be delivered and apparently they had ne instead of nw on my address so I got it fixed and they said the driver was across the street with it and my town is so small if you are across the street you are across town. 8 mins from address to address. It will take ups and additional 3 days to make the journey 8 mins across town which is literally just across the street. 3 days is almost as lone as it took the package to get from Florida to Oregon and its gonna take ups an additional 3 days to get across the street in the same zip code. Not to mention I had to talk to like 8 different customer service people maybe more to get this figured out. No one ever messed up am address before? The crappy customer service guy just loved telling me yea it will be delivered on Monday. Probably not because ups is inferior. I love when a company goes out of their way to give me a reason to leave one star Google reviews thats exactly what I will be spending my Saturday doing instead of opening up my package that should have been here yesterday or hand delivered to me today for the simple misunderstanding and incredibly rude customer service I have been dealing with since yesterday. Nah I will just be letting everyone knows who comes to the review section, do not use ups. FedEx would.have never made this mistake and they would have made it right.

  The person who works at the counter at the location I mailed my package at was very friendly and helpful. They made sure everything was correct and answered all my questions.

  Great staff and quick service! I needed to ship a guitar and the staff was super friendly(didn’t catch the guys name but he was amazing) and quick to assist me with getting the guitar packed and squared away. Definitely stop here if you need to ship something professionally, staff is 10/10 and prices were reasonable as well:)
