  I never do this (leave a review), but I was made to feel so welcome here that I thought they deserved a good review at the very least. I needed a mailbox with proper address (not a P.O box) in which I could get my numerous packages etc and just happen to wander in here to buy some packing supplies and after having a marvolous conversation with the owner and her family, I walked out with a mailbox. First and foremost, the price is the best I have found and they had a deal at the time so I got a month free as well. However, above and beyond that, the staff are just great and a pleasure to visit when I get my mail. They are extremely warm and welcoming so I feel like I am a long lost cousin showing up at a family reunion. I was an orphan until I was four, and that type of attention really means a lot to me. Besides the hospitality, the service they provide is expansive. I do get a lot A LOT of mail and packages from all sorts of different carriers and they are always on top of it. They seem so informed about my deliveries, it's as if I have a whole personal staff working for me. When I am away on business, I can make one call and have packages forwarded to me where ever I am, no questions asked and I dont have to spend hours explaining everything to them, they know. Also, with the initial fee I am allowed to have my two paid assistants to be signed on to pick up my mail for me at no additional cost. I feel a little strange writing a glowing review for a mailbox, but this place is special that way and I always look forward to coming in. If you get a mailbox, tell them Theo sent you!

  Was trying to track down a missing package and had an employee spend time looking at video footage to get a tracking number for me. Highly recommend this UPS store as their employees go above and beyond for their customers. I’m not sure of the employees name but she spent ages looking through the system and video to help me while making sure to welcome and greet every customer who came in. Even when the line got long, the employees were patient and helpful with every customer. I was very impressed and appreciative, please give the associates a raise or bonus for their hard work.

  Great staff and easy process! It is refreshing to go to a shipping store with pleasant employees and great service. Just had to print and mail something. Two workers, was met with a greeting and smile, quick help and relief of mind. Just moved here and Im glad to have found my permanent shipping store.

  Staff provided me with excellent customer service even with mutiple customers in the store. Printing services is easy and quicker than I expected! For reference, printing pages in color is 65¢ per side, and black and white printing is slightly cheaper. They have an automatic $2 printing fee too.

  So easy and close. Such nice people in this location. They were helping an older gentleman....such care and patience. Loved it!
