  I was having issues with a signed PDF Through secure file Pro. I was out of ideas and had good experiences the past with the UPS store on Hawthorne in Portland . The two people working there helped me. They were very efficient ; working together , Helping me and moving the line of waiting people quickly. They both understood my issue and Lee ended up wrapping it up , resolving it. They were both very knowledgeable and patient . I feel they both went above and beyond. Highly recommend Thank you

  The woman with dark hair and fair skin who works here has the nastiest attitude and most unprofessional speaking tone. Every interaction I've had with her is highly unpleasant and she could benefit from a training on customer service, interpersonal skills, and professionalism. There haven't even been conflict, they're just simple questions or saying hello and she responds like she's attacking you. Inversely, the other employees have been nothing but wonderful like the tall caucasian man with silver hair and glasses, and the other gentlemen I've been helped with at the store. They've been delightful, she has not.

  The person who helped me was happy to tape the label I brought and answer my questions. I really appreciated the good service. The location is convenient for SE Portland. They have a small parking lot, but there was a giant puddle on one side of it.
