- EPE&J PetersonMar 19, 20261.0Terrible customer service. It took 5 months to get resolution when my lease expired. Departments don't communicate with each other and it's always another departments problem to resolve. I even tried to renew my lease and get a new copier/printer. After 3 months of trying to get pricing information from the sales person (Rob Sloan) and then his manager I never received anything but excuses and then no response at all. I will be getting a Canon copier/printer instead.
