While fedex did damage the corner of the box, this specific location was friendly and had brought my live animal inside out of the cold and was ready to go thirty minutes after opening, and knew by name who was supposed to be picking the animal up. Checked my ID and I was in and out in less than 2 minutes.

After being on the phone for over 5 minutes being denied the option to speak with a live person and being forced to follow the unhelpful prompts it stated I would not be transferred to a representative and to call back with any additional questions. If you have a question or need to speak to someone at the location don't bother calling them. Take your business elsewhere.

- NMNic MJan 8, 20261.0Shipped a extremely expensive package to the wrong house. Waaay off point. It was such an obvious place because it is 40 acres how the heck do you miss the mark and deliver to the wrong place on top of that you can no longer talk to a live agent the day of a mis delivery it is now delayed 1-2 business days, which is going to lead to permanent stolen goods that are irreplaceable.
