- ARAlexander RuthMar 31, 20261.0"Completely uninformed staff and zero accountability." I attempted to drop off a package that is explicitly approved by FedEx Corporate for all locations. Despite providing the physical documentation proving this, the staff refused the shipment and insisted I drive to a warehouse "dangerous goods" drop-off. When I asked to speak with management, I was told no one was on duty. Worse, when I asked if they would call a manager to clarify the policy, they flatly admitted they had "no intention" of doing so. The lack of training here is flabbergasting. Save yourself the headache and go to UPS—this location clearly isn't interested in following their own company guidelines.

She turned my last minute printing nightmare into the easiest thing I have ever done, she saved me from a major deadline and honestly calmed my nerves. Anthony is also amazing, he is always so helpful and is great with handling all my shipment needs. the team there is awesome!
