I literally watched my train pull away as I ran to station and subsequently missed my appointment. There were two people in front of me when I got to the post office. It should not have taken 45 minutes! My time at the counter took 15. I had five packages with QR codes! LIVID!!!!

These documents should have been either held at the USPS facility per previous discussions with the staff, or brought to the apartment and left with the leasing agent. These documents, plus a substantial number of others, eventually made their way to me on *7/31/2025*. This is unacceptable. I checked in with the USPS facility several times, and was told conflicting information that absolutely no mail was being held. I'm not sure why this happened, but I have lost a lot of trust in this facility.
