The sender got it right though. Come on guys.

A few weeks ago, I asked clerk if she could seal a parcel with one piece of clear tape and she refused. Today, I went in to get passport photos (walk-in) at about 0900 and the passport office hours are posted as opening at 1000. The clerk at the postal counter said I would have to return at 1000, which seemed reasonable. When I arrived at 0950, the passport area had one person being helped and one waiting. When I walked in, the clerk asked if I had an appointment. I said no, and she said walk-in service had ended for the day. She said that walk-in service was from 0930 to 1000, but that was not posted anywhere and the postal clerk I spoke with at 0900 did not mention it, which would have been helpful. The staff seems actively rude, incompetent and unhelpful lately, which is somewhat understandable given their leadership.

The return label had to be printed prior to coming to the post office. Unless I was misinformed? I forgot, so it happened twice.
