The one minor irritation that I have had is their inability to scan a code from a mobile device for return postage from a vendor. The return label had to be printed prior to coming to the post office. Unless I was misinformed? I forgot, so it happened twice. Other than that, I pretty much got the post office experience that I imagined it would be

The guy came to the counter on time for my appointment and was extremely helpful with my passport processing. He answered all of my questions as well. Definitely worth doing passport appointments here rather than the Waterfront location.
