- KKKarinaFeb 9, 20231.0Very disappointed with the customer service provided. I had two boxes to ship out and had QR codes for labels (everything has been paid by the receiving company). The cashier scanned one of the QR codes and said that now I need to buy tape to tape my boxes. I refused to buy one and said that I will go home, tape everything and come back. She said she already printed a label and I need to buy tape now… I said I’m not buying anything, then she quickly took a box out of my hands and gave me a receipt in silence. I asked if I need to go home and tape the second box and she said yes. I understand policies and procedures to a certain point… paying $5 for a piece of tape is ridiculous! Something needs to be changed! Every time I go to ups, I’ve never heard of such a thing.
