Won’t return my items that are marked return to sender, Actually tried to charge me until I called them out on it. Apologized for trying to steal my money, but still haven’t delivered my property. Also rude customer service every time you go in there or call them. Police report will be filed if they keep refusing to return my items. I also schedule pick ups and sometimes they will skip them. The reviews of this place are the way they are for legitimate reasons

After a long wait, it was her turn. The employee, Firipele, told her he would not help her and to use the self-serve. She said that this wasn’t the type that she could do and he got angry and told her he would not help. She was clearly emotional but not rude and he proceeded to turn off all of the lights and said he is closing now and made us all leave! I couldn’t believe my eyes. This horrible man needs fired.

Delivery guy said he doesn’t know anything about this and there’s nothing he can do, right after dropping off a piece of mail intended for an address on a different street. Thanks for nothing!
