I called and was told my mail was being held but they couldn't find any hold notice or a single piece of my mail. My medications were returned the same day as the "attempted " delivery. I have been to the post office multiple times but they still don't know where my mail is.

After a long wait, it was her turn. The employee, Firipele, told her he would not help her and to use the self-serve. She said that this wasn’t the type that she could do and he got angry and told her he would not help. She was clearly emotional but not rude and he proceeded to turn off all of the lights and said he is closing now and made us all leave! I couldn’t believe my eyes. This horrible man needs fired.

Delivery guy said he doesn’t know anything about this and there’s nothing he can do, right after dropping off a piece of mail intended for an address on a different street. Thanks for nothing!
