- TRTasney RaeFeb 25, 20261.0If you want to meet the worlds rudest mailman, this is your spot. They lost a package that I mailed priority delivery. When I called USPS they gave me the phone number to this location… tried calling all day and unfortunately they do not answer their phones, so I went in to try to figure out what’s going on. When I showed him my receipt with the tracking number, he said the tracking number is too long and needed me to cut it down to only 22 numbers and write it out for him I thought he was kidding… He was not. I followed his orders, because obviously I still want to know where my package is only to find out that he’ll get back to me in 24 hours… I highly doubt I will hear back from him, so I’ll be back in the morning. Hopefully I will find somebody. That’s having a better day.
- KVKay VanJan 13, 20261.0The one guy working at the front desk is an absolute jerk, he forced me to remove a old label on a box which I've never had any issues with using before, he also gives himself a happy face rating on the keypad without the customer clicking . The females that work at this location are actually very nice I've dealt with them many times so I don't want to say anything negative about them but the male he's very moody probably the reason for the most negative reviews here I mean they have a two star review at this location.

I called and was told my mail was being held but they couldn't find any hold notice or a single piece of my mail. My medications were returned the same day as the "attempted " delivery. I have been to the post office multiple times but they still don't know where my mail is.
