ZERO STARS: This location is useless. Like so many others, I encountered Ana and her co-worker Coco (she refused to give me her name, but another postal worker identified her) who refused service and were unbelievably rude and unhelpful. It doesn't matter if your paperwork is in order or not, they will refuse to process your application. Both these women should be fired, or at the very least removed from processing passports - they do NOT know how to do it. This location should probably just not accept passport applications at all since they seem to deny everyone. I waited a month for my appointment so it was very frustrating to be so ready and still denied. Zero stars.

Similar to others’ experiences here, the woman running the passport desk is incredibly rude and incorrect about many aspects of the passport process. We had an appointment to get a passport for a child under 16 that got cancelled last minute as she was out for the day. Whatever, it happens sometimes. We rescheduled the next available appointment and showed up 10 minutes early. The place was completely empty but we still were told to wait until the actual appointment time. We had all the paperwork but needed photos taken. This is listed as a passport facility that does on-site photos. The staff tried to take a single picture but our kid wasn’t looking directly at the camera due to being nervous about being in an unfamiliar environment and being told to stand alone against a wall. This is a young child. We were told to get photos elsewhere, that USPS didn’t do photos for children (not true), that our child was spoiled (all because she didn’t get the perfect picture on the first try). She wasn’t crying or fussing. I recommend any other location.

They refused to accept my passport application even though I had all the supporting documents. I even showed them the list of required documents on a government website. Called the state department who said what they did was illegal. Infuriating. Don’t waste your time coming here - they are just making the rules up as they go.
