Doing a passport application. The clerk was very business-like, which is another way of saying, not very friendly.

The passport lady and the woman manning the front desk are UNBELIEVABLY rude. They should be ashamed of themselves speaking to other human beings the way they do. Power tripping.

Bad passport service. Women works on 09/22/2025 at 1:30 pm must be fired. She is the most disrespectful, sarcastic women! Why do you guys let her work if this is obviously not the job for her. She doesn’t know what she need to do. she refused my child's passport application because I gave her Consular Report of Birth Abroad. She told me she need Us Birth Certificate. I told her my boy born in Vietnam so my son only have CRBA. She told me go to Vital Record to get Us Birth Certificate, or go to USCIS office to ask them what I need to do. I told her you just need CRBA but she told me Us Birth Certificate only. She told me go to other US Postal Service to ask them. I walk about 5 steps, i came back to ask her question, she told me “ you need to get line again if you have question”. After that I go to US Ps at 745 Nw Hoyt with out opointment. I told the men do passport what happen with me, he said CRBA is the right one to do passport for my Son. He does passport for my son without apointment. he except my boy application with CRBA. Thank you so much for help me.
