This is completely insane - how could the same mistake happen every day for 9 days? This should absolutely be illegal and punishable, especially since it's medicine.

- CGCarlos GDec 18, 20251.0Avoid USPS as much as you can. Not a great experience. My niece had pre-paid for a box for me to use that was included on the shipping label. The first postal employee charged me for a large box even though I told him it was already pre-paid for but he said that was just for the postage. I was reluctant but paid. I went to print out my label and realized that it in fact was paid for, I came back and tried to get a refund but the other postal employee argued with me and said they don’t do refunds and I tried to reason with her and she got mad so I just said it was fine and adhered my label and left the package.
