Avoid USPS as much as you can. Not a great experience. My niece had pre-paid for a box for me to use that was included on the shipping label. The first postal employee charged me for a large box even though I told him it was already pre-paid for but he said that was just for the postage. I was reluctant but paid. I went to print out my label and realized that it in fact was paid for, I came back and tried to get a refund but the other postal employee argued with me and said they don’t do refunds and I tried to reason with her and she got mad so I just said it was fine and adhered my label and left the package.

It's amazing to see how many bad reviews this location has when, for years, 99% of my experiences here are outstanding. From the counter people, to the dock staff, to the drivers from this branch to the supervisors...exceptional. Maybe people should show these workers a bit more respect and understand their daily dealings with the public. I have no skin in the Postal game but I can tell you this...this post office treats me with kindness, loyalty and respect every positive and the very, very few negative situations (actually, just one "tough guy" driver) I have had to bring to their attention. This is the funny part too, the most feared employee here is the biggest sweetheart of a lady you'll ever meet. Show her respect and she is the best Postal friend you could ever have.

Truly had the best experience here while getting passports for my family. The staff members were so patient and helpful. They gave my child a coloring book while we waited for the lengthy passport application process and were so understanding and kind.
