I run an online business, and I'm aware of the troubles that have been plaguing USPS as a whole, especially in recent years. However, the fact that my orders get sent to the wrong sorting facilities every single time (when coming from Portland) cannot be ignored. Waiting 30-60 days for something that's supposed to show up in 3-7 days is frustrating to say the least. It's hard to want to support other small businesses when my orders from Portland specifically take 1-2 months to arrive despite how much I pay for shipping. I'm glad my local USPS hub is so helpful, because they've been the only ones to help me get my orders back on track. As a side note for people unfamiliar with how USPS works, even with their help, they can't speed things up when an order is sent to the wrong sorting facility.
