- JDJaedyn DeforrestNov 17, 20251.0This post office chose to “hold our mail” that didn’t fit. This happened Saturday. Stated we had 10 days to come and get it. We came today and the postman returned to sender. Because of this we have lost out on quite a bit of money for the packages. The company we bought from is not reinstating the free shipping or the coupon discount codes we used to order the original items and are issuing a straight refund. To rebuy the items we would have to buy them at a higher rate as the sales are no longer going- despite us coming to the post office on the first day they were opened and following their instructions. The guy who did it will probably do it again and now we’re out money on Christmas gifts we needed by next week.
