- JCJohn Charlton5 days ago1.0We wanted to get a self addressed return envelope for my wife’s Consulate to mail her passport back to us and pay the postage. We were treated rudely and condescendingly before we even said a word and then it got worse from there. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. I ended up grabbing the envelope and leaving, disgusted. UPS Store was more than happy to help us and in a very friendly and HELPFUL manner. We live outside the area so gratefully will never have to return to this post office.

When I came in to try and address the situation the manager told me that “it wasn’t his fault” and was incredibly rude. Throughout the process of forwarding my mail to a different address he continued to exhibit unbelievably poor customer service. He treated me and the two employees up front like they were stupid…..definitely would recommend taking your business somewhere else.

Box here for the past 4 months, all I can say is that the people who work here are incredibly disorganized, and are often very rude. If I could have chosen a different location I would have.
