When I asked for some passport renewal forms, they told me the process had be taken online only and that they had none, which the first part was a lie or misinformation because one of my family member was able to get the forms and schedule appointments for them too at another USPS office.. Maybe next time just say you're just out of forms and redirect me to another USPS office.. I felt wronged by the fact that they said it in confidence to my face, though kindly but still misleading and misinformed. Also, long wait times if there's more than 3 people waiting in queue. Please do better! Public services shouldn't be misleading and misinformed to people. Again, please do better.

The employee helping me could tell it was clearly mine and instead of sending me away to wait for a slip, she found a simple way to verify it and released the package. That small act saved me a lot of time. Really appreciated the professionalism and kindness. I hope she sees this.

I rang the doorbell and waved them down, and they looked at me and ignored me. They are unwilling to help anyone, including the clerks. I feel bad for the employees under the management.

It seems to be the only post office open on this side of the city of the city Saturdays and they close at 2. I got there at 1:20, waited in line 40 minutes and still wasn’t able to drop off my package before they closed.

However, please understand that this location is severely understaffed and there is ALWAYS a long wait. Of the 100 times I have mailed a package here, maybe only 5 had a wait less than 10 minutes. If you are in a hurry, don't come here.
