However, please understand that this location is severely understaffed and there is ALWAYS a long wait. Of the 100 times I have mailed a package here, maybe only 5 had a wait less than 10 minutes. If you are in a hurry, don't come here.

The location is a bit ratty, they rarely have pens, it's super understaffed and the clientele is understandably grumpy because the waits are so long. It's a poor reflection on the postal service, in my opinion,especially compared to my experiences in other cities and towns. The fact that this is the only USPS open in the city on Saturday is wild. If you can avoid it, go somewhere else. If you can't avoid it, go early, and treat the staff with empathy. They deserve it.
