  This place is so great. I do a bunch of shipping here -- often sending out returns. The staff is always nice/helpful. Yesterday I called-in with a unique ask: I needed a huge QR code printed with foam backing (see image). Guru and team handled it within less than 24 hours (way faster than I was expecting). These guys are great. I've got some other awesome things I want to print now!

  Visited this UPS location on 1/24/26 around 3pm. There was a gentleman with glasses working the front counter. I came in for an Amazon return, which this location has always handled at the counter. When I arrived, two customers were already using the Amazon self-serve kiosks. I got in line at the front counter and waited about 10 minutes. During that time, two more people arrived and went straight to the kiosks. When I finally reached the counter, I was refused service and told they no longer handle Amazon returns at the front counter. There are no signs posted anywhere explaining this. When I pointed that out, the employee brushed me off, told me to go to the kiosks, and immediately started helping the next person in line. This is not how you treat customers. If policies change, there should be clear signage. If a customer waits in line, they should be helped—especially when the lack of communication is your fault. Dismissing someone after wasting their time is unacceptable. Poor communication, poor service, and zero respect for customers’ time.
