Recently, he assisted me with a project and was incredibly helpful over the phone, ensuring that my project was uploaded correctly. When I arrived to pick it up, it was already packaged and set aside, and I was greeted with a smile. There are many places you can go for these services, but this one has a truly friendly staff.
- XAXK AustinNov 3, 20255.0The store manager, Sagar, was extremely helpful, kind, and diligent with the process of shipping a very large painting to Texas using freight (because the painting was too large to ship standard UPS.) When the painting became stranded in Lubbock, Sagar kept making phone calls to that distribution center until it arrived at it's final destination another 3 hours away. We highly recommend Sagar for his diligence in making sure it arrived safely. We will always use this UPS store for future shipments.

Alex recently helped get a passport photo done for my 2-week old son. It took a long time for my son to lay still and could have been really stressful, but Alex was so accommodating and patient that the whole process actually felt really easy and even fun. Today, Guru helped me get a ton of packages sent off in a really efficient manner while also accommodating other customers. He could have gotten overwhelmed or been short with me, but instead he was also really patient and navigated the crowd really, really well. This is the best UPS store I’ve been to in Portland and I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my shipping, photo, or printing needs thanks to their friendly and capable staff.
