  What makes this location so great is the employees. I have been dropping packages with the same few people at this UPS store for a very long time. They are very customer centered and that’s so hard to find these days. I actually enjoy having to go to this store because I look forward to seeing the people who work there. Sometimes I even walk my packages over so my dog can say "Hi". You forget that UPS is a huge corporation when you’re here.

  $196 Lost Because of Their Mistake — Avoid This UPS Store Paid $196 for expedited shipping to Germany. The employee failed to attach the label correctly, it came off, and my package never made it. The manager, Tabby, told me I’d have to pay again to re-ship, claiming it wasn’t their responsibility once it left the store. Tabby told me "The UPS Store would take a loss if we refunded your $196, and why should we take a loss?" Completely unprofessional and unacceptable. If they can’t handle a simple label, don’t trust them with anything important.
