  Staff provided me with excellent customer service even with mutiple customers in the store. Printing services is easy and quicker than I expected! For reference, printing pages in color is 65¢ per side, and black and white printing is slightly cheaper. They have an automatic $2 printing fee too.

  So easy and close. Such nice people in this location. They were helping an older gentleman....such care and patience. Loved it!

  Use this place for Amazon.There has never been a charge for pickup and girl said it was "hold for pickup."I had to do that once when UPS said it was undeliverable,yet I was never charged for that either.Today I was told there is $5 fee which sounded odd.I told her I have no problem leaving package there if that is the case.She said it may have been checked in wrong.I hope they resolve this so it doesn't happen again.I like this place for my Amazon orders.I told her if I am wrong,that is fine I can let them keep package and send it back.In the end,correction was reluctantly made and I left with my Amazon order.

  Great employees! And they also have a handy gizmo you can use to scan in for drop-off, and it will print the receipt. That's helpful when there's is a line, it's essentially self service. Parking can be a challenge, but that's just a fact of life because it is practically on the PSU campus. Anyhow, I've picked up and dropped off several times and it's always gone well.

  My husband attempted to pickup our packages Friday and was unable to do so because we don’t have the same last name. His government issued ID has the same address and he was able to verify all the packages and senders. If you are going to require customers to either: A. Be home in the middle of a weekday to receive packages or B. Come to your store to pickup their package in person Then you need to at the very least allow spouses to pick up packages for one another. It’s 2026, not every woman is taking her husband’s last name. There should be a way to select an alternate pickup person or register your spouse on UPS my choice. Follow up: contacted the email below and was told they couldn’t help me.
