  Visit on 11/4 at 1:30 PM I stopped by the store to return a few items. I’ve always had very pleasant experiences here in the past, so I was surprised and disappointed by the customer service I received today. When I asked a young man with longer hair if I could use some duct tape to close one of my packages that I had forgotten to seal, he very rudely said “no” without offering any explanation or alternative, such as letting me know I could purchase the tape. When it was my turn to be helped, thank goodness I had a lady at customer service who was kind and understanding. She offered to tape the package for me, and I really appreciated her helpful attitude. It made a big difference after the earlier interaction. As a parent of two teenage boys, I believe manners and respectful communication are very important, and I hope the store encourages staff to treat customers with kindness and professionalism. I also tried calling afterward to speak with a manager, but was placed on hold for about 3 to 4 minutes without any response. I’m sharing this feedback because I’ve always valued this store and hope it continues to provide the great service it’s known for.

  Do not go here if you are trying to print something. Absolute nightmare while waiting in line with other people that are there to ship items

  Whoever the manager is he's dismissive and doesn't want to help resolve my issue I dropped 2 packages off Monday octo 13,2025 12:11 pm I dropped off 2 packages only one has been scanned in and my receipt has 3 tracking numbers which only one matches he keeps arguing because my label is with pirate ship I need to contact them that's not the issue my issue is these people have my package and it's never been scanned in even a week later my tracking number says label created the issue isn't the label it's these people who have my package he keeps saying it would get shipped out to the hub same day ok and if that was the case it would be scanned he says he's the manager I want to speak to the highest of the highest because this is ridiculous

  Stopped in to get a few things printed. Had some trouble remembering the correct password to unlock a PDF doc for printing and Soni patiently helped me try out a hilarious amount of combinations — and we got it! Grateful for your kindness and help!
