During my brief stay waiting for a shipping label I watched two customers say thank you and get no response. Dead silence. I as well said thank you to the big guy (identifying him in case his boss is reading this because that would be awesome) behind the counter and got the same pointed lack of response. I’ll be going to Oak Street or Sunnyside where it’s always a good experience. Although I probably won’t need to because my experience today was so bad I was inspired to buy a printer.
