  When our tracking number for a large package sent from this location was not registering any feedback for 3 days we returned to the Bethany UPS store for help. Luckily, Karsh was working and immediately set a plan in place to help us get some answers. During his research he kept in touch with me via text and explained how this had happened and what he could do to help. He spoke to the UPS driver the next day who had picked up the package and again communicated with me, that it did make it on to the truck and was on it’s way to our customer in North Carolina. The package was delivered on time. Karsh went above and beyond and provided us with excellent customer service. Thank again, we appreciate your help so very much and will continue to do our shipping via your store.

  The Bethany UPS store is my preferred UPS location. The store is always clean, and the employees have always been amazingly helpful and wonderful.

  If there are only 2 people there and one person has a project that is taking five minutes on a computer and another person just needs to scan. Usually the employees will scan your package very quickly and let you out the door while continuing to work with that other person. But this morning, I was just completely ignored for several minutes until I asked how much longer it was gonna be and was told it’s gonna be another few minutes (when she easily could’ve just scanned my package.)
