I came in to return 2 amazon orders which I have done many times in the past. The woman working at the front desk was particularly short with me and seemed irritable (I know everyone has bad days, so I did not think much of it). Turns out, I did not need the small cardboard box that my Amazon order came in, so after the items were scanned in, on the way out, I threw the small box in the trashcan (along with the many other Amazon packages in the trash that had been thrown out by other customers). The woman yelled something at me on the way out that I could not make out. I turned around to see that she actually took my box out if the trash and threw it out the door onto the sidewalk. I was so put off and confused that I poked my head in and said, "Did you throw this outside?" and she angrily confirmed that she did throw it said something unintelligible back to me. This was such an aggressive, upsetting, and off-putting interaction. This person seems unstable and is handling sensitive, personal mail every day, so I will not be back which is unfortunate because I have been going here for years.
