I was charged “Ground Residential” for this legal size envelope to be mailed to Washington State from Oregon for a total of $29.38!! I have NEVER seen or had a charge like this for a letter of this size and even one containing much more than what I mailed today. I would like to point out that I mailed a box today as well containing clothes which cost $33.34. How is an envelope only $3.96 less expensive than a box of clothing????? Save your money and stand in line at the post office!!! This is ridiculous! I will not return.

There was a line out the door, but the three-person staff worked together to expedite customers with simpler needs, and I got to the front in about 10 minutes. I had a multi-item gift with no box -- I felt like I'd be an annoyance, but the clerk quickly got me a box, helped me pack it securely, and got it on truck (the driver waited for everybody to get our packages in). It's great to enter any workplace and experience teamwork. The vibe was so good, the small staff even complimented my wife's beautiful gift-wrapping. Kudos!
