  specifically reviewing print department after ordering a service from the website----- Very great customer service. I was slightly worried about timing so I called, and kind of expected the persons working to be annoyed by me calling because it was before the "Done by" time offered on the website. I spoke with the manager- I don't remember her name. christine maybe? (sorry!) and she was SO kind and helpful and helped me greatly. the booklets I made turned out really great. I had made a project that I was going to print at home, but the confusion of how to print pages into a booklet was VERY OVERWHELMING and being able to do this through the website was really helpful. i'll definitely be doing more of these in the future! such a fun project that ended up looking really professional! i'm very happy with the end product.

  Cori and all the staff are always so nice and helpful. the prints are done very quick and the service is always quick and efficient. I have never been more welcomed into a store. you can also do amazon returns here which makes being a business owner super easy and helpful. the store Is always clean and very nice.

  I was told by Amazon and then if I return something there I would get my refund much sooner. But after doing that I received an email that said it would take up to a week to get my money refunded back. And the clerk there at the counter was rude as hell don't recommend Staples at all to anybody
