    This company sub contracts their orders to smaller companies. The smaller company installed a fridge for us and ran over the water line causing water damage. Because of water damage they never installed our dishwasher. RXO has done nothing for us. 9mo now and we need our dishwasher installed Dustin Danielson the manager can't seem to respond to an email. Samsung is saying they escalated to RXO as RXO is reporting the dishwasher was installed. I've emailed them and no response. Think about a company with better customer response when you need a logistics place. Update: RXO never communicated with us even after 2 emails to their "manager". We finally ended up paying someone to come install our dishwasher. A service that should have been included with our purchase.

    The team at RXO has done another great job with on time delivery, professional service and leaving the scene spotless!!! Called the day before with delivery window, texted and called 30 minutes before arrival. Upon arrival gave estimated time for delivery. The folks finished at the time estimated and were very courteous and professional. THANK YOU!
