The most professional part about Point S, is how they respond to negative reviews acting like they care. Since you replied to my last review, I've called 2 more times. Stop replying to reviews like you're going to do something more than type "we value your feedback...."

I called to ask if there was a factory defect because my tires had failed and had to have them patched by Les schwabs three times in one month (I couldn't find a point s anywhere near me), Debbie in customer service had a major attitude as soon as they found out I had a complaint. I asked to speak with the manager Brenda and she give me a major attitude also. Accept accountability for your crap tires. Never again point s! I'll take my money elsewhere where I am a valued customer, I'm not lied to and the tires won't fail.
