If there is a reason, I'm open to hear it, but professionalism does obligate a reply. Even an honest criticism would help more than no reply at all.

They refused to take me off their list, instead prevaricating about our relationship. After looking online, I would be very cautious about them : I've blocked their number and you should consider doing so as well.
