It was such an obvious place because it is 40 acres how the heck do you miss the mark and deliver to the wrong place on top of that you can no longer talk to a live agent the day of a mis delivery it is now delayed 1-2 business days, which is going to lead to permanent stolen goods that are irreplaceable.

I wanted to talk to the Cornfoot Drive store to see if I can overnight a package but the store is 45 minutes from where I am and I’m not making a 45 minute drive one way to be told no they can’t ship it overnight so I wanted to ask someone at the location if I can get this overnighted. If so, I’ll be right over, however the stupid computer won’t allow you to speak to a representative even though they give you zero options to be able to check if a package can be overnighted. I requested customer service multiple times the computer told me to go online And I’m not looking to go online. I’m looking to talk to a human being so I told the computer I want to speak to human being and the computer didn’t have any clue of what I was saying. Fed-x get a gold medal for crappy service and the poorest phone system. If they don’t want to give me service ai won’t be giving them my money. If Fed-X thinks that they can’t go under just look at all the GIANT companies that are gone now. I won’t be using their service and I recommend you go someplace else.
