    the phone number doesn't go to the store and it's impossible to talk to anyone. I dropped off some valuables to be packed and told I'd be called the next day with a quote and still haven't heard from anyone 3 days later

    Max at the front desk is a gem. He helped me print my Wallace and Grommet poster in mere minutes! The quality was stunning. He is always in a good mood and never laughs when I ask dumb questions about printing stuff. Thanks, MAX! 🙏🏻

    The folks who work here have been so helpful numerous times when I had various printing and scanning needs. They're super flexible, attentive, and patient. They even held an iPad of mine when I left it there. Kudos to this FedEx and the fabulous employees who work here!

    The store closer to me is having printer issues so I sent my order to this store and Maxx was super helpful and informative. The store also has a much better layout than the Bybee store (people tend to bottleneck the doorway for some reason) Worth the journey over the bridge!
