Placed a last minute, kind of big, order that I took of risk of not receiving on time for my meeting. Not only did they finish it hours before the predicted time, they took the time to give me a call to let me know. Just wanted to shout out how much I liked this part of the process in our world of automated systems. When I arrived to pick up my order, Roshonda greeted me and was a joy our entire interaction. Will be ordering from here again! Thank you team.

I attempted to get my passport through FedEx via their partnership with RushMyPassport. I began the process on the RushMyPassport website but was unable to complete it due to technical difficulties. Despite this, I had already paid over $248 to start the process and file my application. I visited this FedEx location for assistance and was helped by the Assistant Manager. He explained that the staff do not receive training on the RushMyPassport partnership but offered to assist me to the best of his ability. He asked me to log into the RushMyPassport portal and guided me through finalizing the process. At the end, I was shown a notice stating that once my personal information was confirmed, no refunds would be issued. I proceeded to finalize the process and print the required documents for mailing. However, the printed mailing instructions then stated I needed to include an additional check for over $400 to cover government fees and complete the process. This charge was on top of the $248 I had already paid to RushMyPassport. It appears that RushMyPassport charges excessive fees for what is essentially a glorified PDF-filing service, without clearly disclosing the full cost upfront—including government fees, execution fees, or other separate charges payable directly to the U.S. government. I have been trying to get a refund since June. When you call their customer service line, an automated message says refunds must be requested through their website—but the website offers no way to actually submit such a request. To be clear, I am not blaming the Assistant Manager at FedEx—he was genuinely helpful and did his best. However, FedEx’s partnership with this company has cost me significant time and money. My advice: process your passport directly through official government channels or other more transparent services. Avoid using this service.
