The whole team provided such fantastic service! Ryan, the manager, along with Xavie and Ary, were especially patient and understanding. I usually find these visits stressful because of the costs, questions, and time involved, but they made everything so much easier for me. I truly appreciate their effort and kindness, and I’m definitely planning to come back and bring more business to this location. It’s clear they work hard and genuinely care about serving the community.

Rayan is an amazing manager. He is always kind, patient, and extremely helpful, even with difficult projects. I never leave without a solution—he always takes the time to help me figure things out. What’s impressive is how well he balances helping customers while also running the machines.Very professional, smart, and genuinely caring. FedEx is lucky to have him.

If they deliver a package not meant for you and you attempt to correct the issue, they try to make it your problem by making you do all the work.
It was incredibly difficult to communicate due to the very poor English being spoken, there was no attempt made to find a different agent who speaks the language or to bring in a translator.
Their customer support is horrible and don't take accountability, expecting them to gets your number seemingly blocked after several attempts to solve the issue to bring the package to the rightful owner, one of these phonecalls even ended in "We can't help you *click*" which is literally the entire premise behind your company, picking up and delivering.
They do NOT care about the safety or actual delivery of packages.
When they FINALLY said they'd call about the package when a person is going to come get it, this person never called and never arrived.
The person they did this to is an elderly man who is mobility impaired, it is abusive to make him do your job without payment.
I am extremely dissatisfied as this is elderly abuse and evidently; unpaid labor. This is not his responsibility, it is yours.
You should absolutely be ashamed of yourselves.
So much for trying to do the ethical and correct thing.

I went in to make some photocopies and when I tried to pay, was asked to "accept" a contract on the credit card reader that wasn't posted. I asked to see what the contract said, but they didn't have a copy. So I hit decline because I had no idea what I was accepting. I offered to pay cash but they don't take cash anymore, my only option was to agree to an unviewable contract. I walked out. I guess people are used to just signing and agreeing to anything but I do still read through all the agreements I sign and this one wasn't even available to read. Very disappointment and frustrating to be denied a basic service because of late-stage capitalism bullshit.
