- MMmyrianthiNov 8, 20251.0I was just told at the counter that this is not a shipping location so they can’t help me with any tracking issues. I asked for a manager and she refused and reiterated this location only deals in printing. I asked if she can point me towards a location which handles shipping so that I can get this issue resolved and she said that she doesn’t know and that it’s hard to get in touch with a manager.

I was told by the woman at the counter that they flat out deny anything that contains alcohol even in small amounts. She said there are no options to ship them with FedEx and that I might have better luck with USPS. That contradicts what I see on FedEx’s website, which says ground is an option.
