- SSShiloJan 5, 20261.0They physically shake your package drop-offs, and if there’s any movement inside it’s a $3.99 charge. My partner dropped off a package with paper filling and a shoe box with boots inside, but apparently a little movement inside isn’t allowed so they charged us $3.99 to repack it. The box was more than sufficiently packed— better than most retailers using FedEx to ship orders. Such a bizarre experience. We’ve never encountered something like that.

Several people in front of me were helped until it was my turn and I stepped up to the counter and the worker ignored me and walked away, while the other staff helped the other line. The girl behind me finally asked for help and we were rudely told to go to the back of this other line that had formed in the 30 minutes we had been standing there, ignored. I understand it’s the holidays, but no instruction or acknowledgment was given whatsoever.
