    4 stars for service, 2 stars for technology. Every time I come here to print something out I'm unable to because the operating systems and browsers are all deprecated. Having only a choice between IE and Firefox on Windows is quite a blast from the past. I use Google Docs to host everything but I cannot open Docs on their machines because the browsers versions are out of date and Chrome is not installed. The workaround for me is to send a store employee my documents in an email and have them print them out for me. Either Fedex has no IT staff, has an IT staff which is incompetent, or has a competent IT staff that it simply doesn't listen to. They should probably update their systems to the level of systems their customers are using or get rid of them. Also, the only reason they get so much business despite this and all the negative reviews is because they have very little competition here. Typical.
