Drove 30 minutes to this location on Monday at 2:30PM (when it's supposed to be open) only to find a sign saying "Closed, be back soon". Called DHL customer service and was told that the person working there would be back within 15 minutes. Waited another 30 minutes, no one showed up. Called support again, this time was told that the location is "closed for the day". A complete waste of my time and so incredibly frustrating and unprofessional! What is the point of a service point if it's randomly closed when it's supposed to be open? Reading other recent reviews, it seems like this location has been closed for several days now? Are my packages being held hostage here? Why does DHL support know nothing about it?
