- AEaslı erdemOct 29, 20251.0Our small business trusted DHL Express for an international shipment of temperature-sensitive food products — shipped under their “Express Delivery” promise. Instead, we experienced gross negligence, misinformation, and arrogance from start to finish. The shipment arrived in Ohio on Sept 26 and sat forgotten for nearly a week. DHL agents gave false, conflicting explanations — blaming Customs, then the FDA, and finally claiming our EIN was missing (it was attached all along). I called over 50 times before one employee, Stefanie Peercy, finally got the package released — in under 24 hours. What was everyone else doing for a week? After this whole mass, this facility refused to release the package and asked me to come back later bc they were too lazy to check my package they said it’s still in the plane and they will work on that plane next day ( it was 2pm in the afternoon ) I had to call the authorities again then all of a sudden my package was outside with me. Whatttt??? Worse, DHL Istanbul used the wrong account without authorization, issued a false invoice, and now expects me to pay twice for a failed service. I sent a detailed demand letter to 10 DHL departments — no response, not even acknowledgment. DHL — is this how you treat paying customers? Small businesses trying to operate in good faith? All I ask is accountability, transparency, and an explanation of how such systemic negligence can exist at a company built on “express and excellence.” Need an answer!!! I’ve sent the email 2 days ago Ken. Still haven’t received anything from your company.!! How long more you guys can ignore us??
