    Terrible customer service. Delivery driver was so lazy he never even attempted to deliver my packages. Just drove past my house and never got out of the truck to knock on my door. Who does that?

    Unfortunately I’ve made the mistake of ordering from companies that use this terrible service twice now. Everytime Im *supposed* to get a package through DHL I NEVER GET IT!!!! Lie about delivery attempts and refuse to leave your things at door. Absolutely ridiculous. Thanks for lying about attempting to deliver Christmas packages that are now lost 👍🏼 (I’ve been home sick for over a week- you never attempted to deliver ANYTHING!!!!)

    Come on guys seriously?! We have a sign downstairs right near the mailboxes that says you need to deliver it to the door. This is the exact size of the mailbox how extremely lazy. I had to rip the box from inside the mailbox to get the package out.

    I received a text saying that they couldn't deliver my package because my address doesn't exist. I checked and confirmed that my address was in fact correct. I called customer service and the man I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive, and just said that I'd get my delivery "eventually".
