- TJTravis JantzerFeb 1, 20231.0It’s been 3 years and we’ve had multiple misplaced packages. Just put in the wrong POBox. One of my packages was put in my fathers POBox because the employees didn’t bother looking at the number but just the last name. Fortunately I got that package from my parents but several others never got to me because they were “mis-delivered” and “hopefully they return it”. I’ve also received wrong packages from other POboxes that I had to return to the front counter for them to try again. Not sure why matching names and numbers is difficult.
