- KDKara Jo DarlingDec 17, 20251.0If I could give zero stars, I would. Showed up 20 minutes early to my passport appointment. They gatekeep the application, so no I did not already have it filled-out, that's why I came so early. I went to my car to complete the application, as every pen is chained and bolted to the counter. When I returned and stood in line again for another ten minutes, I was informed that the only person who's able to do the passport application is on lunch and I would have to make another appointment, but not today. Even though they have appointments available every 15 minutes from 1 PM to 3 PM, in addition to advertised walk in hours - I would not be assisted today. I hopped online and made an appointment for Hermiston. I would rather drive the extra distance to Hermison or Walla Walla than be treated with such rudeness and disrespect at Pendleton. I see why many Pendleton residents choose to drive to Pilot Rock for their postal needs. This was my first and last visit to Pendleton post office.

- NRNicole RitcheyOct 31, 20252.0I moved to Pendleton a few years ago and I have had a PO box for the last ten years. Of course I sign one up here like my previous location. I receive local mail fine, as long as it is addressed to the box, which is a little annoying- my previous post office kept all the mail that went to previous addresses and also mail that was addressed for general pickup. I also have a bit of an issue with packages depending on who is at the counter, sometimes I'll be told that they can't go to the back to get them if they are the only ones working, again this is annoying since my previous post office location always found a way to get my packages even if they were in the back for a few minutes. Short hand, this location is lazy and they like to make up excuses. Pendleton deserves better

- GGGrimmAug 14, 20251.0Whoever is serving Westgate Apartments - TRAIN HIM BETTER. 4 out of my last 6 packages have gone missing. I have came to the post office to address this issue and woman at the front desk has been unhelpful - POSTMASTER, PLEASE RESPOND WITH CONTACT INFO.
