- TTTaylorJan 5, 20262.0Tonya specifically sucks at her job. Recommend waiting for somebody else to help you to actually get the job done. Simply wanted to put my mail on hold, came back to get held mail and they couldn’t find my mail and they had to put in ANOTHER hold slip as if she didn’t put in the one from the first visit. Now I have to come back for a third time just to get mail I’ve been waiting for since losing my keys.

- JAJrad ArnoldNov 7, 20252.0Multiple packages miss delivered to wrong address, and when I went to talk to the, so called, post master, he tells me to call the arbitrary USPS 1-800 number. There's no way to get anything accomplished via that number, no live person and no way to log a complain. And especially no way to be reimbursed, the now, well over $100 I've lost. Worst post office ever!

He apologized that we had to wait past our appt time and was very friendly during our appt. As you can imagine, it was a lot of paperwork and detail for 4 passports. He helped make it as smooth as possible for us. Thanks!
