- ARAudra RoseApr 7, 20231.0I literally HATE this staples, I ALWAYS ALWAYS have issues whenever I try and use the print center here it’s always a joke! They always try and tack on a the rush fee for a simple copy job that can be done in store in less than 5 minutes, and if you tell them you don’t want the rush job they tell you it will be 2 hours 🙄 and this place is not hopping! I never experienced these issues at any of the Staples in the Boise area or surrounding which is so weird cause they are way busier and have way better customer service and don’t try and nickel, and dime you on every little thing like this place does which is so confusing considering it’s not as busy! If you can’t just print it at home drive to Nampa or Boise for better service!

" Sardae" waited on us, and stayed cheerful, smiling and helpful through the whole process. A very welcome change compared to most customer service these days. " Thank you again Sardae" , and " Thank you Staples" for hiring someone like her to represent your Company, and the service you give customers. I highly recommend this store.
