When i brought the items to the person behind the desk for UPS drop-off, she said that they could not be shipped state they were, which was without any packaging. In the past I had done this exact same thing and they packaged it up and print it out the label for me for free. She said that if I wanted to print out the label I could go over and pay to use a printer, and I would have to buy packing. This was a major inconvenience and the lady was not very pleasant to talk to which is a shame because everyone else has been rather polite every time I've gone. Ended up having to take the things home because I did not have money to pay for a free label and packaging. I will be going to a friendlier more consistent place for UPS drop offs for now.
