I had 2 items to return but I did not realize one of them was a ups drop off. The young man who assisted me, his name is Juan, truly went above and beyond to help me, so I did not have to go to Caldwell ups to return the item. I thank him so very much as I am not good with my smartphone or computers. This great customer service guy even printed out the return label and taped it on the box for me. Wow! Kudos to Juan for helping this senior citizen above and beyond!
