- CCCat1 day ago5.0I frequently go to Staples in Ontario, OR for amazon returns. I always receive great service, but today was exceptional. I had 2 items to return but I did not realize one of them was a ups drop off. The young man who assisted me, his name is Juan, truly went above and beyond to help me, so I did not have to go to Caldwell ups to return the item. I thank him so very much as I am not good with my smartphone or computers. This great customer service guy even printed out the return label and taped it on the box for me. Wow! Kudos to Juan for helping this senior citizen above and beyond!

He jump right in seeing if he could resolve the issue but called his manager to assist. His manager came right over and the both worked on trying to fix the problem. Seeing the the laptop was over 13 years old we started talking about a possible up grade. I told him that I had been thinking about an upgrade and he helped me out and help me select a replacement…no hard sell no push for features I didn’t need just helpful guidance. This was service at its best…thank you Staples.
