Keep delivering my mail to other people. I keep getting other people’s mail even after reporting the issue several times.

Some stranger with no ID, information, or key to my PO Box claimed a package at the desk that was too big to fit into the box. This happened within hours of it being marked delivered in my notifications, which implies anyone can-and possibly is-stealing packages….which seems like it can happen just by some random person with no details asking the employees for packages apparently. I just moved here so I know no one knows my name, box number, or that I was expecting a package on this specific day.

This place has lost 2 of my packages and the first one being worth $300 and the second one being certified mail and i have never got the $300 one back I'm yet to find out if I'll ever get that certified mail one and my sisters fiance says one of the employees is rude and makes him not even want to go there I am extremely frustrated and annoyed I don't even know if it's legal for them to lose certified mail but they do so never pay for it there's no point it was supposed to be signed for at my front door and all I got was a post office slip and a lost package
