Last time I checked, which was today, it’s a FEDERAL CRIME to knowingly and willingly withhold mail! I’ve mailed my daughter something which she can’t pick up because this placed is closed every time she goes to get her mail and this isn’t the first time! Last time was today and they are closed before noon!! What a waste of time and gas, not to mention the stress of not being able to access your own mail. We are filling a complaint against you today with the board of postmaster’s, this is beyond unprofessional and negligent on your part.
