Y'all are rude as hell and we're not helpful one bit. Glad they are getting rid of the manager now. Lady needs to take a class in customer service or get a different job.

However, if for any reason you need to call the 800 number for assistance…be sure to have plenty of time on your hands and be prepared to repeat yourself to the automated system about 100times. The automated system is super awful and time consuming! Being able to speak to a real person would make the experience 100X better. The automated system would assume what I said even if I didn’t speak which would then waste even more time for it to repeat itself and for me to repeat myself over and over. I hope to not ever have to call them again and deal with that.
