- BLBecky LewisFeb 25, 20265.0Wed Feb 27th- I came into this store for the first time to fax some important documents. Erich was there to help me with a smiling face. I have tremors in my hands and asked Erich if he would fill the cover sheet in for me since I have a hard time writing legibly. I told him things have been hard since my husband had a massive stroke in August. I was faxing documents for proof that my husband had medical and prescription drug coverage all a long while employed so we shouldn't be penalized by Medicare with monthly interest like they were trying to charge us claiming he didn't have acceptable coverage. Erich was so empathetic to what we have been through. He filled out the cover sheet and got this faxed and gave me highlighted Transmission Verification Report so we have proof it was sent. When I tried to pay for three pages he paused and stated, "you know what, I'm not charging you because your husband and you have been through so much!" If i could give Erich and his customer service a 6 star rating I would. My heart was made lighter for his compassion and help. I told my husband who was waiting for me in the car and he said we should go there from now on. Bravo UPS for having employees who make a difference in the lives of their customers. Becky
