    I always use this location for all of my print needs. Yesterday was particularly busy, with multiple lines stacking up and then being taken care of while I was in store for about 20 minutes. Erich and I feel like I heard her called Samantha (?) did an amazing job helping myself and other customers while having many waiting to be helped. Answering phone calls kindly while tending to my print order, helping a gentleman on his personal computer return at least 10 different clothing items one at a time with him, and finding items for people on the phone all happening at once. I’ve never seen any staff member there quake under the pressure of a line or impatient people, I’m always impressed with their customer service. And pleased with the quality and pricing of the prints. Thanks Newberg UPS!

    Every time I come to the ups store in Newberg, oregon all the staff is very friendly attentive and knowledgeable. i'm always greeted when I walk in with "how's your day" and "have a good rest of your day" as i'm leaving. Even when there's long lines, it still seems to be pretty speedy. Great location!

    The UPS store was really busy today with line out the door. Various types of mailings/returns/problems going on but the clerks here handled everything with knowledge/efficiency and good humor.
