The mail delivery driver is extremely rude. I got a package on the 24th, Christmas Eve, but it was delivered when we weren’t home in the parcel locker. Following day was Christmas. No mail delivery that day. I get my doorbell rung the following day, the 26th, and it takes me a few minutes to get to my door because I was making dinner. I opened my door to see a package, and as I’m pulling my package in I hear a voice. It was the female mail carrier telling me, “can I ask you a favor” she was all the way by the stair well at this point. She waited for me to open my door, but even after the point she did not have the courtesy to come up and have the conversation, she was extremely loud and let all my neighbors know. She said, “can you check your mail more often? Your package has been in there for several days, and I had to take it out and bring it to your door because I had to put 6 other packages in there for other residence…” she kept going on and on. I said nothing and shut the door. I thought it was ridiculous she was upset about doing her job as a mail carrier, and that my package was technically only in there for a day during active mail delivery. Not only this, but she has asked me multiple times where this or that person lives to take them their package without issue. I don’t understand why her attitude was directed towards me, but she was extremely unprofessional and rude. This, again, happened the day after Christmas on the 26th. Not just this, but my package was a couple racks for my deep freezer. I don’t understand how my package was so large it didn’t allow 6 other ones to fit? And why weren’t the other people who had multiple packages, especially regularly, scolded in such a manner? She was just off .

We have had repeated issues where they didn’t deliver our packages and claim they didn’t have them only to find out that they did. As well as one of their mail carriers running their truck in into our car, hitting it twice, and not even apologizing before leaving.
