- JHJ HJan 30, 20261.0They took my original review down. I guess they couldn’t handle the truth about their incompetence. They deserve zero stars! The Molalla post office is filled with incompetence and lazy people. From not getting mail delivered to having it misdelivered to my neighbors is the norm. I recently mailed an envelope priority mail to Pennsylvania. One of these geniuses sent it to Tualatin instead. When I went in to discuss it at the Molalla post office they confirmed their error and referred me to their customer assistance number in Portland. At least the customer service person (Suzie) was fantastic and was able to get my envelope sent on its way. When the person I sent the envelope to finally received it he told me the priority mail stickers were placed over his address by the employee I gave the envelope to mail it.

Went to the post office to complain and told they can’t do anything about it. The next day(today) a package shows up broken and taped with contents missing like someone stomped on it. 2 monthly subscriptions packages not delivered. 1 days delivered, went to the post office and they said they’d look into it.. got a call back with a “it was scanned and put in the box” - ugh no it wasn’t cus why would I be wasting my time calling. They told me to call the company and ask for a refund then. They returned a package to sender stating the wrong address. Mind you I’ve gotten it fine the last 5 months no problem. I kept getting “what do you want to do?” - like find my packages and deliver them correctly maybe???
