- MOMorgan O'ConnorOct 15, 20251.02 monthly subscriptions packages not delivered. 1 days delivered, went to the post office and they said they’d look into it.. got a call back with a “it was scanned and put in the box” - ugh no it wasn’t cus why would I be wasting my time calling. They told me to call the company and ask for a refund then. They returned a package to sender stating the wrong address. Mind you I’ve gotten it fine the last 5 months no problem. I kept getting “what do you want to do?” - like find my packages and deliver them correctly maybe???

I went out to grab the box and noticed he/she posted a note on our door saying "sorry we missed you. You can pick up your package/letter starting tomorrow." Ok so why didn't they even attempt to knock or ring the doorbell?! I would have come to the door! There was one car in the driveway and one on the street in front of our house. I do not understand why a knock was so hard!!!
